EmpowerHer CIC was founded in 2024 by a young woman who saw the gap in support, guidance and opportunities available to young women in their communities.

Too many talented, ambitious women face challenges that hold them back — whether it’s a lack of confidence, access to networks, or the right resources.

We created EmpowerHer CIC to change that.

We’re building a future where every young woman feels seen, supported and empowered to rise.

A Message From Our Founder

Hi, I’m Kadi. ♡

I started EmpowerHer CIC because I believe that when young women are supported, educated and empowered, entire communities flourish.

Growing up, I didn’t always have access to the guidance and opportunities I needed. Now, I’m passionate about creating what I once needed — a community built on support, knowledge and sisterhood.

Together, we can help every young woman rise.
